3 links of Chorizo sausage, sliced (any other sausage will work just as well)
30 cubes of cheese to match the number of slices

Using a non-stick skillet, lightly coat the pan with an oil spray to prevent sticking. Cook the sausage over medium high heat, turning several times to brown. Remove from skillet and when cool to touch slice thin into circular pieces. Makes 4-6 servings.

Nice to know: Look through uncooked mussels and clams and do not discard any open shells. These are sleepy guys and need to be woken up :) Tapping the shells gently will awaken them causing them to close up.

Preparation

Cook angel hair pasta according to directions on packet. Add  Stonehouse 27 Cilantro & Coconut cooking sauce to skillet on medium high heat. Add mussels and clams and cover for 3 minutes. Once steam emerges from the skillet, uncover and stir around. Do not allow to overcook after shells are open as it will toughen the seafood.
